Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping & Customs: SKNCTRL ships to customers worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
